Meet Cole Schindler
Founder of Infin8 Lending
Cole was born in Houston, Texas where he lived until 2000 when he moved to Austin to attend St. Edward's University. After graduating in 2004 with a degree in communications, Cole started his banking career and has been a central Texas lender for the past 15 years. In 2008, he again attended St. Edward’s University and achieved a graduate degree specializing in Corporate Finance.
Throughout his finance career Cole has focused solely on real estate in the Houston, San Antonio and central Texas region, specializing in Single Family Residence (SFR), land, and multifamily projects. In addition to his career in finance, he has also purchased and managed several SFR and multifamily properties in the Austin area. With his experience on both the finance and buyer side of the market, Cole recognized the need for financing that traditional banks were unable to provide. As a result, he built Infin8 Lending to meet the needs of qualified buyers that didn't quite fit the box of traditional lending.
